    Oak Tree Insurance was formed in 2013 by Corey Stich. Corey had been an agent with a captive insurance company meaning he could only sell insurance for one company. After hearing ''No'' too often in his proposals due to higher prices he decided to go independent. In 2013 he made the decision to join a larger insurance broker dealer network and operate as Oak Tree Insurance. Oak Tree Insurance can offer personal and business insurance from over 50 different companies.
