We offer personalized care options for our residents, providing them with comfort and stability as we walk through the aging process together.
Each member of the Rivers of Life community receives:

An individualized care plan
Help with daily tasks, including laundry and housekeeping
Medication management
Fresh, organic meals
An enrichment program that’s tailored to individual interests and hobbies
24/7 nursing support
Supplementary services provided on-site, including rehabilitation care and doctors’ appointments
Spiritual support, including in-house worship services
Transportation to appointments, events and activities
Our goal is to create a strong sense of community while providing for the day-to-day needs of the people we serve. We have a high staff-to-resident ratio, with trained staff members available on-site at all times.
